gondobackupI feel most of you know me already. I am the (infamous? :D ? :D ?) (G)nutmeg. I ran a way old version of this game what feels like 6 lifetimes ago.
I'm terribly absent minded, I work nightshift so I'm not always on the computer as much as some might prefer, and I do have a number of medical issues that I have to work around. (Thus why I haven't done this in a while...) But I have missed playing terribly, so I let certain peoples talk me back into it. Feel free to poke and prod like a poorly written fan-fic if I forget or mess up anything.
(EDIT: nightshift = I'm most likely to be around in the wee hours of morning else afternoonish. AIM is sorta working, gmail/chat or fb chat are far better.)
One of my biggest regrets was this poor character having basically been rendered unplayable to me due to the characters I took around him to help others' plots. I've decided to play him as though he'd suddenly been "sneezed" (Do we still do that? I'm still catching up :P) from the old game to this one from the point where he stopped.

Names and Titles and such:
High King Finwë Ñolofinwë of the Noldo
aka Fingolfin
aka Nolfin
aka Nolo
aka father/atar/uncle/grandfather/etc ;)
Background and history: Timeline-wise, he had been living his normal timeline just been transmuted through space during the happenings of the original Gondolindrim on LJ (200ish first age, I think?!). He had literally just finished disowning his children for incest and making Artaher his new heir when he was "sneezed upon" again and found himself ...back in Gondolin? He (and I) are uncertain as to what's going on but he sure knows he's not where he was before. I mean, after all, where is his latest knitting? Where is that Eru-damned hideous mountain carved to look like him (minus a nose)? Where is Anaire?
Character Points: He has a bit of a temper, at times, but mostly towards his family. Or anyone that threatens that family.
Can seem aloof or even haughty (in that Elf-Lord sort of way) but is generally good-natured, and polite to a fault.
Great at fatherly advice.
Not someone you want to get in a swordfight with.
Appearance: Tall, elegant, graceful, but clearly strong (I mean, the dude does eventually game a Vala!), somewhat aloof
Avatar in game: Johnathon Rhy Meyers
Likes: knitting, strawberries, chess, relatives, mirrors
Dislikes: liars, idiocy, incest, ice
